Kyle Young joined MS Consultants in 2007 and works closely with both building owners and Certified Public Accountants to ensure the Cost Segregation, §179D Deduction, Historic Rehabilitation Certification, and other engineering based study processes run proficiently through excellent communication, and high regard for client satisfaction. He has traveled to many areas of the country to meet with clients, prepare studies, and present to various organizations.

Kyle is a Certified Cost Segregation Professional through the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP).
He is responsible for analyzing depreciation schedules and related records for proper asset classification, and preparing tax filings required in conjunction with the engineering studies under the current Internal Revenue Code, and past Tax Court cases. Prior to joining MS Consultants, Kyle spent 4 years with a local Western New York public accounting firm. He received a B.S. in accounting from Daemen College. Kyle has presented before the Buffalo Tax Institute, Massachusetts Society of CPAs, New Hampshire Society of CPAs, and American Council of Engineering Companies. He is very active in his community as well, including a board member of a national non-profit youth organization aiming to inspire, expand learning, and strengthen our community through engagement with the arts.
