The Acquisition Marks an Expansion of MSC’s Tax Consulting & Cost Segregation Capabilities

(October 3, 2024) – MS Consultants (MSC), a national leading provider of cost segregation and energy efficiency studies, is excited to announce the official acquisition of tax consulting firm, Probity Tax Recovery, which will begin operating as a division of MSC starting November 1, 2024. The acquisition aligns with MSC’s strategic goals to continuously enhance service offerings and capabilities and seek opportunities for growth.
