Jason Hussar has been with MS Consultants for over 7 years and has been involved in more than 1,800 cost segregation studies. He works closely with building owners and CPA’s on a regular basis to ensure engagements are being carried out smoothly and efficiently. Jason is a member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. He has physically performed site visits for studies in 34 states across the country and is familiar with buildings in all types of industries which help ensure our clients receive the highest tax savings possible.
Jason has a strong background in construction with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining MS Consultants, he managed large scale construction projects for one of the largest construction management firms in upstate New York. He is proficient with AIA documents and analyzing contractor pay applications, as well as construction estimating and blueprint evaluation and takeoff. Jason started working in residential construction at an early age with his family’s kitchen and bath remodeling business. His education includes a M.S. in Construction Management from the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry, a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, and an Accounting Certificate from St. John Fisher College.
